HI, Chuck .Again, many, many thanks! I have already sent an email to the office to let them know how great you are!! The difference between you and everyone else is like night and day. As I mentioned, I have been waiting since last October for work to be done. Then they finally made several appointments in April and May (for which I took the day off from work each time) and never showed up for any of them and didn't call. I tried calling the office to find out what was going on, but you rarely can get anyone "live" on the phone - only a voicemail. When you finally get to talk with someone, you get nothing but short answers and excuses. Anyway, I could go on and on, but it's finally finished and I am putting this whole nightmare behind me! He spent 20 minutes on the phone with me to help me figure out my commode problem, then directed me right to his online catalog where I got my part and fixed it myself.
